True! It's just a practice cake for Matt's big birthday cake, so I'm just flustered by being out of element. Not a big deal it's a monstrosity this time, but I'll take another go at it in a few days when I'm less flustered. I usually need to physically try and fail to learn something with baking, so I'm just getting my failure out of the way now! I have 19 more days to figure it out!

Matt's scarfing the cake tho, so at least it's tasty.
