Ya, I would have assumed but Peru is a visa required country and my wife is on her first entry to the US and does not have a permanent resident card yet.. It says that there is an exemption for foreign nationals who have legal documentation to enter the US and are only refueling..

I am

It is really stupid that they have to have a transit visa when they are literally just landing to go to the US. It's more trouble than its worth.. I am going with Good old American Airlines. More expensive but I do not have to deal with Canadian bureaucracy. I guess I could just pretend to blow out my Achilles at immigration they might be scared to have another international incident.

 

@redsfan33 Just got a bonus from Patti, does this mean we aren't getting the rejections reversed?
