06/19 - Winded Wednesday!

Good Morning Everyone.

 

Some of the ladies from church planned a lunch for today. I want to go to spend time with them, but I also wanted to decline. They specifically waited until I got back from Florida because they want me to go. My anxiety is kicking in. They chose the most fancy shmancy restaurant in town. I love them, they're all older than 60, they all dress to the nines. Now, I'm worrying because I hate dressing up, I don't like fancy shmancy (I'm not graceful at all), it's in the middle of lunch rush, AND it's downtown so I'm having my husband drop me off so I don't have to drive. I know, silly to get all worked up over it. But I already feel my blood pressure rising.

UGH First world problems. I hate having anxiety. I think I'll just take my last 1 and 1/2 xanax right before I go and call it a day.
