    Credit card thief still stressing me out. The card was canceled and I got a new one and set up alerts. I keep getting alerts on my new card, then I have to get all upset and thinking my new card was compromised and call, (I hate talking on the phone) and they tell me that it was the old card that the charge was attempted on. WHY is the old card even still connected to my account! You know where the old card should be? With a fraud department investigator being monitored. So they can hunt down and arrest whatever person or people are using it. So they can find the ringleader and throw him or her in a deep dark pit with no technology!

    The customer service rep can't stop me from getting the alerts about the old card (masquerading as the new one) but she will submit feedback so they can make their service better.:-\
