Description: For this study, you will complete an online questionnaire about your coping, mental-health, and well-being. The questionnaire will take approximately 1 hour to complete. With your permission, and if you are eligible for this study, we will follow up with you at two additional time points after you take this questionnaire (the second time will occur approximately 2-4 months after initial completion, and the third time will occur 2-4 months after the second completion) in order to collect information about your coping, mental-health, and well-being over time. If you are deemed eligible for the study, you will be compensated with $4 for completing surveys at time 1, $5 for completing surveys at time 2, and $6 for completing surveys at time 3. After completing the study, you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon.com gift card. PRO TIP!

NEVER assume a bedside commode (or any toilet seat) which has been sanitized with bleach was thoroughly rinsed with water afterword!

Ask the home health caregiver (or whoever does your home cleaning) PRIOR to just sitting down on it.

Can I get an Amen? A Witness? Can I get a Hallelujah … Anyone?… OY VEY!!! Are we having fun yet?

It has now been ten days, four conversations with my doctor's office, two in-home RN visits, two concierge medical team unit visits, and three home health caregivers later and the 2nd° chemical burns on the back of my bottom, hip, and thigh along with the bottom of my foot are still excruciatingly painful.

Quick gasp for air… Oh my L--- in heaven! This hurts… Please make it stop!
