Pros:
Easy to use interface. Interesting work.

Cons:
The training document required me to reopen my Pinterest account, meaning i had to sign into emails and reactivate. This time was not paid. The training document was a broken link in the end. I missed a 'golden question,' when I contacted them for information they did not reply. I feel that some pins are open to interpretation, as is the point of human interactive work like this, and it seems really unfair to screen people out and also provide zero feedback.
