I'm pretty sure he's giving the next door neighbor a 1-star rating on catbnb cause he was babbling to me all morning something like, "That cat hotel next door is crap. It was a followup study and it would not let me work on it again.

I emailed the requester asking if I could get a second chance. They responded within 15 minutes helping me out. Now I have a second chance at the HIT!

Great communication wish more requesters were like this.
