I like to use Panda Crazy. It has this "GoHam" feature in it. You can set it to "delayed GoHam" and it will quickly accept the batch as soon as it finds it and searches for it. You can export from HitForker to Panda Crazy. Like others said, picking up old logged hits works great too. I usually like to add all the logged surveys etc and just delete em all at the end of the day.
