Pros:
This requester is awesome, the HIT is kinda fun (when enough people join), and even if others don't join your group, you get paid for the time you spent waiting. I manually shaved one minute off my time because I was doing other things while waiting for other players to join.

Cons:
The interface is a little confusing, although once you've done the training + one HIT, it becomes pretty clear how everything works.
