I know the narrative has changed quite a bit on this, but lefty was extremely aggressive and disrespectful in there, while everyone had their popcorn out here. I have offered them feedback many times, publicly and privately, and have never once felt like my qual was in jeopardy because of it.

I wouldn't worry too much. As long as you follow instructions and pay attention, you shouldn't lose your qual. If you make an honest mistake and tell them about it (assuming you realize it,) they won't do anything most of the time. If you have doubts about a hit and can't clear those up, you should probably return it.
