Each had one thing that confused me at first – like e.g. "out-off-office but checking email occasionally" (does the requester want to email them in that case? – Apparently not, as the instructions say all out-of-office responses don't require replies). ... Another was gone from the office permanently because "I've moved to...", so I guess that doesn't require reply either, although technically the requester could contact them at their new address; maybe the "referral" option would cover that? No, that's not what the referral option is for.
