    Rarely happens here, but I got to legit "hang up" on someone IN PERSON the other day. He was in our office and rude and wanting to apply for a unit and didn't want to follow our procedures and got more and more aggressive until I said, "Perhaps you would be happier going with another management company as your landlords. Please leave."
