Pros:
The survey was only supposed to be 25 minutes, but I really took my time based on the subject matter and its importance to me personally because I saw it as a chance to help spread awareness about the weird ways mental illness can make others think. When I left feedback that it took me about an hour because of the level of detail I had provided in my responses but that I wouldn't do that regularly for the pay - and neither would many other workers - and that if the detail I provided was helpful they should consider adjusting the price in the future, the requester sent me a bonus to put me at a bit above minimum wage rate, even with the HIT still in the "pending" phase. I really appreciated that and so here I am leaving my first review with positivity and gratitude. :)

Cons:
The only con I can think of is that if you have any mental health issues, working on surveys that directly address your mood and stuff sometimes exacerbate the way you're already feeling, especially on bad days. There was a disclaimer about that in the consent if I remember correctly though so just be mindful of what you're up to!
