I did. Thanks to the advice on here - i.e knew the URL wasn't click-able. That wasn't the problem, when I went back to put in my confirmation code it had "expired" even though I was watching the time.

 

Took a screenshot of the confirmation code and sent an email to the requester. Hoping will be OK. I guess am confused as to how to handle surveys that "break" late in the game or after you have a code and looking for any advice.
