A random plumber just knocked at my door and told me that my landlord sent him. He then demands to be let inside. I have no notice from my landlord and also NO PLUMBING ISSUES, so I calmly told him I did not feel comfortable with that at all. He gets pissy, calls my landlord, turns out he's at the wrong house but now my landlord is annoyed that I didn't let a strange man in my house without question!

We live in a high crime area, no less. My neighborhood is specifically covered in cameras and shit because of how many houses get broken into, and this is the nice, rural neighborhood! You think I'm letting a strange man into my house? A plumber I didn't call cause I have no plumbing issues? And matt isn't even in the country?

That was the most red flag scenario and I'm not about getting murdered in my own home. Skeeter was ready to rip into that guy, tho. He raised his voice and Skeeter started body slamming the screen door.

Dude, I thought it was like...all the stories where someone lets a supposed utility guy in their house cause he has a uniform! And then they get murdered. I've never seen so many red flags at once. I even calmly pointed out that we're supposed to get a day or two of notice before someone is in the house and he said, "No, you don't need that."
