Reach out to the customer support. I have gotten rejections on prolific before. Only one though and it was for not having a completion code. Not my fault. I got rejected so I reached out to customer support and they reversed the rejection within the week. It's worth fighting since the site really seems to make an effort to preserve its worker base by trying to go to bat when you have issues.

Ugh. There is a girl on my team that does that. Asks our manager for help on files and then argue with the help they are given. Blows me away.

Girl: "What do you want me to do?!"
Manager: "Do this, this and this and youll be fine."
Girl: "That's stupid and doesnt make any sense." Followed by 30 minutes of arguing.

Shes a special kind of special.
