    More speculation:

    I'm assuming there's also some logic that prevents you from trying to make a transfer immediately after you just transferred something which would normally prevent you from being able to vomit money you don't have from amazon payments (since once it confirms it can transfer they money it sucks it out of your account, pending the next ACH batch). But since all the transactions looked like they failed, no reason to stop you from trying again right? And then when it removed all the money at the end it did it in one step and didn't bother to check against balances, because, hey, there's already a check in place to make sure they can't take out more money than they have in the account right?

    I wonder if it affected someone more impactful than a $200 MTurk withdrawal. Imagine being an Amazon seller and trying to make an $80,000 withdrawal multiple times :emoji_joy:
