    Lots of backend MTS changes happening today for tomorrows update.

    Everything is getting tossed into a single large javascript file. This cuts down on having to load the settings more than once, having more than one click listener. This also makes it so hit exports don't have to re-request TO from the background, since its saved from when it requests it to make the TO elements.

    I've done a lot of surveys with orange TO, and not had any problem. If the survey seems iffy, I guess I am more likely to send it back with that TO. But that survey seemed okay. There were no problems with the general set-up, and I was going slow and it only took 6 minutes.
