I mean, he paid the bonus on part 1 with a 75c bonus. Part 2... Just look at my review along with others. I really hope this guy didnt run out of money because if memory serves me right, it should be around 7 bucks total for this. Part 2 was grueling though and I never saw a bonus after. I actually may send this guy a message today to followup considering he keeps reposting part 1 and 2.

Nothing makes you feel more like a sleazeball than security deposit return day... And having to deduct nearly 300 bucks for cleaning.

Kids, dont smoke inside your rental units. Also, if you have any furniture you brought from a previous home you smoked in and you move, get rid of it. I'm not a dick, but I'm not a housemaid either and cleaning smoke/nicotine off walls is not a fun process for me.
