Oh hell to the no, this was supposed to be a $40 study and I received this rejection:

"HIT was cancelled Monday morning; not sure why AMAZON kept running it (researcher has tried repeatedly to alert MTURK to this to not waste Workers' time)"

I was literally emailing with the requester up until AFTER I submitted the HIT (where they were literally verifying me to go ahead and keep working on it after having some glitches) so I am hoping this can be resolved. I haven't even looked on the forum yet to see if anyone else got a similar rejection but I'm kind of seeing red. I spent an overall 4.5 hours on this HIT with the glitches included.
