10/02 - Warming Down Wednesday!

Late response but I have to let no accusation go undefended!! I don't mind writing the vast majority of a time. If it's one quick blurb, or a simple response, or even a couple of paragraphs about how not being bought a puppy as a child stunted my emotional growth, okay. But it was 8 questions of writing about memories. The problem with HEAVY writing HITs is that the more you give, the lower your pay drops. I try not to work for less than $15/hour because taxes and such, so when I watch my hourly drop lower and lower because I'm writing a novel, it stresses me out! As you keep hitting the next page, and there's MORE AND MORE AND MORE just when you think you're done... big oof.

I totally forgot it was a subreddit. That is probably how I found the podcast ages ago.

The podcast is still quality I think. And it's way eerier having the scary stories read to you and the creepy sound effects and music added in.

My favorite thing to do when it gets dark early is cook dinner in my brightly lit kitchen and it's dark outside of my windows and I put in my earpods and listen to this as I saute, chop, stir, drain, etc. Dunno why, but the contrast of a warm, cozy kitchen full of home cooked food vs. the eerie stories is right up my alley

 

I'm thinking most of the vacation rental in the country are actually money laundering operations run by the Cartels...
