Yea, our employer two years ago changed to that high deductible plan, raised premiums, and cut hours. That forced me to find someone
that knew how the "system was setup". We declined the change and went on the health marketplace. Companies don't know or it's not
important to them to let you know there's a threshold and if your premium goes over a certain percentage of your income you have the option
to get different health insurance.
