Simple.  Chance of a very high bonus based on one randomly selected round, I think $21 was the highest potential bonus I remember seeing, but it could also be zero. Offers two optional breaks during the main task if you need them.

Cons:
Very repetitive instructions for a simple concept.  80 rounds of decisions, 4 pages per round. Pages are all timed, could be done so much quicker if we could work at our own pace.
