    I can't believe that I forgot to tell my TV friends this story. I was at a conference earlier this summer and listened to a presenter give a talk about Amazon quickly deploying a 404 page showcasing the dogs of Amazon in response to 2018 prime day server issues and how it significantly prevented customer outrage and repositioned the focus.
