Apparently, the entire forum caught it and really want you to know it exists! Maybe it their way of trying to collect a video or your daughter?

 

I took today off of my other job as it would have been my daughter's 18th birthday. I generally don't work on her birthday or the anniversary of the day she died.

Figured I'd just sleep a lot. Or Netflix and crochet.

But no. I'm antsy. I've gone for a long walk, made nearly $20 turking without even trying, steam cleaned the carpets in the high traffic area, had a dude in to look at some squeaking and slightly loose hardwood floor because I'm convinced my house is falling apart under me (he said it's not that, it's just the 70 year old nails working loose and he can fix it easily, but I'm still sending someone under there to look and make sure termites aren't eroding my supports), and now I'm about to get up and get dinner prepped so I can put it in the over when I pick kiddo up from Robotics at 4. (except the potatoes, I won't peel those for mashed potatoes this early so they don't turn brown)

And it's not even 2pm.

So much for napping.

 

To be fair, babies spend at least 40% of their time awake crying.
