Did you reach out to the requester? They were amazing to deal with. It took about 30 days or so to finally get everything right. Most of it was just communication, going back and forth, and trying to get a working document that I could use as a guide to better take pictures. I did not get the rejection reversed since I was outside of the 30day window to reverse, but they promptly made a makeup HIT and bonused me the HIT reward. Would honestly work for them again.

Dude. If you aren't on the Vyvanse train yet, you haven't installed the GameShark into life yet. Caffeine is a thing of the past!

I can provide you their email addresses if you'd like. I assume that rejection fell off already though since that HIT was >45 days ago. My suggesting to do it exactly as they wanted is to make separate folders for each set of 3 foot pics. Then zip it all up. I did it that way and they had zero issues. Otherwise we were literally going back and forth for weeks of me resending certain pictures that they wanted and then being sent a list of other pictures that they wanted retakes of. Separating out all the feet into separate folders helps everyone.

Interesting. Never heard of this one. I did however learn the other day that if you bring a manufacturer's coupon to the pharmacy, you can shave nearly 80% off your bill. I went from paying 149/mo w/ insurance to 30 bucks. My 90 day supply is 90 bucks rather than 450. Without insurance Vyvanse is 350/month.

I pay $0 a month for my Mydayis. I've been on it for a year, they just approved another year for free. I'm like a walking advertisement for Shire now. lol

LOL. Me too. I tell everyone about it. People are like "does it really make a difference?" I just tell them I did hundreds of MLD's and want to do more.

I found the email. I did have it all organized. I don't care to do it again for $6 bucks. Hopefully I at least get an apology.

I was determined at that point to knock it out. I only needed a few additional pics to get it to work, but getting a clear list of what was needed was difficult since it always seemed to have been changing on thier end. My issue was I straight up sent them a folder of 54 unorganized pics.

I tried Vyvanse years ago, but it gave me instant panic attack and idk why (probably just in my head at the time). So I just stuck with the twice a day XR. After being on Adderall for about 15 years, it was nice to have something that lasted all day.

Vyvance starts wearing down around 4pm. You can tell its still there and you can easily get down to tasks, but the strong motivation to get going is not nearly as strong as when it kicks in each morning. I may try to supplement a low dosage of adderal for the afternoons. I dont want to up the dosage either since I fear my body getting used to it. Been on it for 3 months now and have yet to feel like I need more luckily.

I'd definitely ask your pdoc about Mydayis, then look into Shire Cares (the free coverage I got with them). Even after a year, it literally lasts at least 12 hours for me.
