It has been ALL OVER the news what to do at signals with no power. Like every 15 minutes some newcaster is going over what to do. WTF is wrong with people? It's also part of the driving test so people should know.

Traffic lights randomly go out in my city and just flash (or are totally ded). Seems like here, while most people drive like assholes usually, they do well at ded signals.

However, people suck at four way stops. I had someone flip a uturn in front of me and they damn near hit me as I was turning right because I thought they were going straight across in front of me so our paths weren't crossing.

 

I saw a few leaves move today...can 100% confirm PG&E is saving the world by following Gavins newly signed laws

 

Or business as usual here because they don't stop when they are on.
