Yep, infrastructure needs to be upgraded for sure. I think they're working on that but until that's done shutdowns are necessary to try and prevent more fires like Paradise. Shutdowns are very inconvenient, but so is a massive fire.

Talk radio brought up very good points to the other side of that..... a fire started in an area that was already shutdown so they got to talking.... now you have an area on fire and people don't have power..garage doors/security doors closed..some don't know how to manually open them...some won't know what is going on because maybe no cell phone so can't get info....many many more points but I'll stop the novel there
