mine isn't anything special, but it works for me. i tried a bunch of different ways until working this one out because it works for me personally with all of my jobs lol, and mostly because i'm very calendar-brained so i keep it in a calendar-like format.

for mturk, i copy and paste my MTS thingie every day (see my lame example lol), which keeps the req links hyperlinked with their reqid and everything which is always nice to have for an e-hoarder like myself. then i make a column going down for each week (sun-sat, but always starting on the first of the month regardless, because calendar, and i'm particular lol). it's half planner, half calendar, half log, half notes for the day.
