    Did you try opening the link from the hit on mobile, then closing it and going back to the hit page? Just opening the hit on mobile didn't work for me but that did it.

    Hmmmm, not sure what it could be. I was using Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy phone. Not sure if that makes a difference.

    I had the same issue with this HIT when it was posted a few days ago. I couldn't get it to submit and had to return it. I emailed the requester several times, but they never responded. I hope they get back to you.
