    Yep. Except normally we don't do any of the brine-ing or seasoning and usually our 14 year old nephew just cooks the slabs on the stove in a frying pan because he is typically the first person awake and is hungry. (It's pretty messy, but he does do a great job of slinging bacon steaks :) ) Second fave way is the grill of course.....

    not that far north, im sterling heights area now, but yes i know tonys well, we used tiostop there once a week when i drove test vehicles with Roush.


    im not sure how i feel about ruining that beef in that manner....bacon is pork damn it! lol
