I click on panda on a daily hit, and instead of the normal "once" and "panda" coming up, nothing does. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
I'm not sure if I can help, but what are you using for hit catching? Even if I can't help that will be important to the answer.
Panda Crazy? If so, make sure the Panda Crazy Helper script is up to date and running. If it is you should see buttons on the exports and review to add the hit to PC
So now I have got the buttons to appear on the hits. but when I click panda or once, it pops up with "page cannot be found" Thanks for the help in advance
I think @CorvusSapiens is going to be a lot more helpful here than I could be, but on an unrelated matter.... it's a good idea to use the reply feature on the forum. It gives the person you're replying to an alert so they are much more likely to get back to you.
If you have Panda Crazy open in another window, clicking one of those buttons should start a job in Panda Crazy. It will pop up a new window temporarily, but that should close and you should be able to see the new job in the main Panda Crazy window.
I have it open in a separate window like I usually do. For some reason when I click one of those buttons it just opens a tab and says page not available. And then it does not add a job to my catcher. Any ideas?
I don't know, it's working fine for me. Is panda crazy working ok otherwise? If you can't get the helper script to work you can always add jobs the slow way. Right click the panda link and copy the link address In Panda Crazy click "Add Job" paste the link click "Add Panda for Group ID hit"
