Several years ago, one of the neighbors on our street was giving out a DVD that was labeled as being a tutorial on financial good practices. No candy - just a DVD.

 

Just had to go into our county offices to pay some taxes and water bills.

Set off the metal detector on my way in. Asked them if they just love today with all the costumes making their jobs much harder?
