    heater has been broken for 2-1/2 days. I got it fixed just now, just in time because it's going down to 20 degrees tonight. I got it fixed even with no way to contact emergency maintenance or anyone at the apt. complex. tried every avenue and ended up getting the complex security firm to get ahold of someone, who got ahold of someone. I'm good at adulting!
