I picked up The Choice Lab hit and when I went to start, my internet went down. I was never able to start. Now I get the message that Login Failed because I am already participating and have not finished. It does say "If you started but abandoned one of these other studies, you need to wait until that HIT is fully closed before you can participate in another HIT in the same family." Does anyone know if I get locked out of these hits for returning one? I would rather miss out on one than get blocked.
