    I'm not sure what you expect them to do. Getting angry and sending the same email over and over doesn't help, I'm sure they're working on the issue to get it resolved as best they can.

    I don't know about everyone else but my issue Is I don't believe them when they say they are working on it. I have been getting these exact same responses to another issue since July that has yet to be resolved.

    That said I emailed once and am done

    LOL reminds me of when they closed my account because my amazon account was upgraded to business and apparently you can't have Mturk money go through business amazon payments....was about a month of phone calls because Mturk didn't have a phone and at least 75% of the people I talked to thought I was on acid because "wtf is Mturk?" :emoji_joy:
