Yes, I understand that qualtrics can determine how long you spend within the HIT, as well as how long on each page. At least this was true a few years ago. I remember a requester who left the time visible on her Hit. Some one piped up with the idea that what showed on the HIT page, was determined by the requester and depended on settings and skill. I have seen this timer a few times, though not recently.
