I take Trazodone to help me fall asleep. Without it, I would likely not be able to fall asleep till after midnight, even waking up early to get on a schedule. My brain doesn't know how to shut down. :-(

I've cut down to 25mg from 50mg of diphenhydramine (benadryl) every night. can't sleep without it

Clonazepam helps in this case for me.

 

I know I do. I've kind of dealt with it my whole life, but lately I'm finding myself getting anxiety about it. It'll be like 2 oclock in the afternoon and I get nervous and worried about whether or not I'll be able to fall asleep later. I dread night time and find myself preoccupied by thoughts of it throughout the day lately.

I used to take 100s of mgs of dph and I'm pretty sure it's what ruined my memory and my bladder lol.

 

This has been my oldest son his entire life (he's 26) though he is starting to adjust back to normal cause he starts he dream job next week and has to be up in the morning, so apparently it just takes the proper motivation
