    I literally just used about 5oz of Fresh Ginger, Distilled water, and Blackstrap Mollasses to make it. It took about five days to ferment the ginger, and about four hours to cook the other stuff last night. Ill definitely share how it turns out. Im gonna let it sit for a couple days to ferment a bit more. :emoji_sunglasses:

    My ginger beer alert went off. One of my favorite beverages. So good in the already mentioned Moscow Mule or a Dark and Stormy with a nice dark rum. I drink it with lime juice and some Peychaud's bitters when I have an upset stomach too. Much better than ginger ale for a true ginger spicy flavor. :emoji_yum:
