Gift cards is the only option. Some go for the whole gift cards exchange or go with purse.io, but some get banned for it, so I haven't gone that route yet. I was able to buy a few items for a co-worker while giving him a discount, so I converted some earnings. I bought a bunch of computer stuff I wanted. The next step will be to buy stuff that resells easy and just sell stuff locally if I can't get invited into the stupid HyperWallet program. Will send them an email about it around Christmas, because my PI recently told me he'll stop paying me on Jan 31 and my thesis won't be finished by that date, so I could really use the ability to earn actual money with this.
