Pros:
It does NOT take "30-40 minutes."

It's the psych survey equivalent of meat and potatoes. Standard bubble questions, standard pay. To me, this is a pro. I find these surveys oddly relaxing.

Cons:
If the idea of filling out the Right-wing Authoritarianism Scale (et al) for the hundredth time makes you fear for your sanity, then stay away. As I said, it's not a con for me, but it could be for others.
