Before this happened, I clicked the amazon payments link on my transfer page. I signed into payments and made a withdrawal, which worked without any hiccups. Then I checked the dash and that orange box was there. So, I don't know if withdrawing funds from payments triggered it or if it was random. There was no orange box when I started the process.

Hmmmm...

I think it might be more useful to know if those who got the orange box can still transfer/withdraw daily. I'm going to transfer tonight and see what happens. My transfer page still looks the same FYI everyone, just an orange box hovering atop it. So, it appears I can still transfer but I haven't tried so don't quote me on it until I've actually tested it out.

 

I haven't transferred yet today. Mine from yesterday cleared earlier with no problems. Then I got the banner about an hour ago. It appears to just be a random rollout.
