Friendly reminder that you don't have to switch to the new payment system right away - you'll have until January 15th to switch over according to the email last month. Companies typically roll-out new features over time so not everyone will see the changes immediately; there's no rhyme or reason. Could be server location, caching, account age, or just simply RNG.
