    You can order kingcakes so that's always an option if you aren't in the south. I made gumbo a few weeks ago...I should do it again. I make sausage gumbo when I don't want to spend all the money on seafood.

    My life has been dictated by eggs lately because of my chickens. I've basically been making anything I could use eggs in.
