So basically if it's posted on the forum, it's already likely to be snagged and gone.

The requester posts limited amounts of a HIT. It might be 100 surveys, or 3000 of a penny batch, or whatever. If 100 people grab all 100 of those surveys - you're shit out of luck unless of course someone returns one or they let it expire in their queue. That's what pandacrazy can help you with. There's a learning curve in learning what HITs are worth pandaing. The more you're panding at one time, the least likely you'll catch any - so you have to pick and choose carefully. This will come to you as you get more experience.
