Has anyone ever tried using catnip to calm anxious dogs? I got a couple new cat toys and both dogs are going crazy over them, so googled if catnip was okay for dogs, and apparently it can be mildly sedating and good for anxiety (according to this one pop-med type article I skimmed, at least).

Never tried that, but whenever Sasha used to be around it she was completely disinterested in it. I don't think it's bad for dogs in any way so it can't hurt to try though.
