Plus replacing toilets is expensive, yo. I get it, there's only one which actually started leaking a few weeks ago, but they're all the same age, all degraded from hard water in our area, and I'd rather replace them now and have peace of mind than wait until water starts dripping through the ceiling.

Same with the water heater replacement. We aren't having problems, but it's 13 years old, several neighbors have had theirs fail and leak, and so I'm biting the bullet and spending the money proactively rather than have to spend the same amount plus deal with a flooded basement and water damage and so forth.

I tried to qual for VRAPI. I returned it it's not for me. I'm either dumb as a box of rocks or they were just not meant for a person like me... probably both to be honest.

 

Oh, I thought you had gotten the qual and then realized the work is actually not for you like half the people who hype up VRAPI qual.

 

Nope after staring at the qual for 30 minutes realizing I had no idea even wtf I was supposed to be doing I quickly returned it.

Dude, same! I drained the sink a couple days ago and heard a super fun woosh before my feet were suddenly wet. Thought it was the pipe under the sink going to hell and then matt comes inside to tell me about how theres a pipe flooding the yard. Landlord is being pissy about it yay.
