    @IcyTundra Hey so question for ya...this is my first Christmas, so if I'm normally at 350-400/wk how much should I plan on it dropping off for the next 2 weeks or does it last longer than that? I'm asking because everyone told me since I started that Thanksgiving would be rough and I had a great week then.

    Oh jeez - I wish I could help you with this question but I am super new around here too and this will be my first Christmas. I often work nights and weekends and part-time days so I have no idea what to expect...

    Last week seemed much slower than the previous three weeks, and I anticipate this week will be slower still. Expect basically nothing worth doing on the 24th and 25th, and then unusually slow days until cyberpunk 2020, barring the occasional academic dropping a large bonus as a handful of people scramble to blow through any unused endowment money.

    If you can make more than 50% of your weekly, you're doing well.

    Your best bet is to not care about "slowdowns" since people have an excuse for every week that it seems "slow" to them. Last December was fine for me, and my PE is only low this December specifically because I'm not working very hard, there's been plenty of work up if you know how to find it.
