I'm in Atlanta now and finally decided to go through all of my stuff and get rid of things that I'll never use. Check out what I found.

After barely working last week, I jumped on to try to make some money so I am not freaking out after the holidays. An hour later and I'm at $20 and can go bake cookies with my kids. This is one of the reasons I really do love mturk (even if I occasionally complain).

 

Ok, super last minute Christmas dinner being thrown together at the in-laws house, we're not even sure if we're supposed to be there tomorrow or Wednesday, but we're bringing dessert apparently. Oh, and it has to be both vegan and diabetic friendly, which I have no experience with . I'm thinking of just buying some pre-made little phyllo cups and filling them with a coconut oil/cocoa powder/maple syrup semi-sweet fudge-type thing. Maybe some almond butter thrown in half of them. Just gotta commit and do my best - these are the same folks who were so impressed I minced my own garlic, so I think anything even halfway homemade will be a big hit Open to suggestions before going to the store, though!

 

TIL I can use Spotify on the TV instead of these stupid speakers on the computer

I was just pulling out my box of Bearnie magnets to terrorize surprise people with this year.

 

Lemme go pull a few things! I have a friend who is allergic to dairy and has celiac's, so I've gotten experienced at making vegan stuff lol.

You can do this neat thing with the liquid from a can of chickpeas (which has some specific name I can't remember aqua fava or some shit) where you can whip them up and they function like egg whites

 

I think it's adorable. And obviously, The Buckeyes were not playing Clemson that year.
