I've done the grammatical question as a standalone part of the HIT. It doesn't really have an effect on the other questions. But if it says animal and there are no animals (and only humans), I mark both the next two as not exist/incorrect. Alternately, if it says elephant, and it's a horse, it's also wrong, but that doesn't affect judging the first question. I did a few hundred last time following those rules and they all approved.

I did one for him a few months ago that I caught and didn't check his rejection rate. It was super simple like a minute or two and it actually approved, I dodged a bullet.
